Lake Huron Area Council Celebrates Scouting Anniversary!

Monday February 8, 2010 will be a day to remember as the Lake Huron Area Council celebrates the BSA's 100th birthday with a Centennial Party!  All Scouts, Scouters, and friends are encouraged to participate in this day of celebration.  We are encouraging all of our Scouts and leaders to wear their Scout uniforms to school and work and in honor of this special day.  We will be hosting a reception on the 8th at the Gerace Scout Center.  Anyone is invited  to this event.  We will provide cake, popcorn and drinks throughout the day.  At 4 PM, we will have a special ceremony to commemorate the occasion.  See you on the 8th!
